This July, the City of St. Charles approved plans for a new commercial development: Fox Haven Square. Proposed by Greco Investment Management, LLC, Fox Haven Square is being built on seven acres of land next to the Jewel Osco on East Main Street and North Kirk Road.
The development will contain four buildings for commercial or retail use, parking (with valet as an option) and an outdoor plaza. In the four buildings, features will be various restaurants, fitness centers and self-care facilities.
Notable restaurants will include Simple EJ’s, Taco Mucho, Swank Coffee and Wine Lounge and Rosebud Stakehouse.
Swank Coffee and Wine Lounge is the new creation from the husband-and-wife team Rich and Dena Ranieri. The two have a related coffee location in Itasca, named Fulla Beans, and decided to branch out into St. Charles.
Similar to Swank, Taco Mucho is branching out of its original location (in Oak Park) to come to Fox Haven Square.
One anticipated restaurant to come to the development is the Rosebud Steakhouse.
Other additions to the development include the OS Salon (an Aveda-branded salon), Glow Lagree Fitness (a pilates gym) and a two-story 20,000 square foot indoor rooftop pickleball center.
“We are most excited about the economic and social lift to the local residents and surrounding communities that Fox Haven Square is poised to deliver,” said Greco Investment Management LLC’s owner Pat Greco, according to the City of St. Charles Website. The Fox Haven Square project is scheduled to be completed in early spring 2026.
